HOW DO YOU JOIN THE SONS OF UTAH PIONEERS - Cotton Mission Chapter 

Sons of Utah Pioneers Mission Statement

The mission of the National Society of the sons of Utah Pioneers is to preserve the memory and heritage of the early pioneers of the Utah territory:

1. We honor the early Utah pioneers for their faith in God, devotion to family, loyalty to church and country, hard work and service to others, courage in adversity, personal integrity, and unyielding determination.

2. The society also honors present day pioneers worldwide in many walks of life, who exemplify these same qualities of character.

3. It is further intended to teach these same qualities to the youth who will be tomorrow’s pioneers.

 You do not have to have pioneer ancestry to belong to the Sons of Utah Pioneers. Although it is a men’s organization, all activities include spouses.
